Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max w/ Dynamic Island now official, priced in the Philippines

Along with the new iPhone 14 and 14 Plus 11 comes the Pro models equipped with the A16 chip, Dynamic Island design, and more powerful cameras, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The new iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max come in 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR displays with ProMotion technology and Always-On feature. It also boasts 2,000 nits peak outdoor brightness, 1Hz refresh rate in Low Power mode, and intelligent dimming.

It is protected by Ceramic Shield, while the body is made of surgical grade stainless steel that comes in Deep Purple, Gold, Silver, and Space Black.

What is noticeable, though, is the new TrueDepth camera system which uses a Dynamic Island design that shows a more visually pleasing way to interact with notifications and other features.

Speaking of cameras, it has a 48MP F.178 main 2nd-gen sensor-shift OIS, 12MP F2.2 ultra-wide, and 12MP telephoto with quad-pixel sensor and 2nd-gen sensor-shift OIS, and LiDAR scanner. For selfies, we have a 12MP F1.9 camera with autofocus.

Powering the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max is Apple’s A16 Bionic chip, 5G connectivity, all-day battery life, and iOS 16 with Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via satellite.
