EMUI 9 rolls out to Huawei P10, P10 Plus

After months of waiting, the EMUI 9 update started rolling out a few hours ago for Huawei P10 and P10 Plus devices in the Philippines.

The incoming update was first reported last month when it was announced that select Huawei smartphones will receive the latest Emotion UI.

Among on the list are the following:

  • Huawei Mate 9
  • Huawei Mate 9 Pro
  • Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design
  • Huawei P10
  • Huawei P10 Plus
  • Huawei Nova 2s
  • Huawei Nova 3i

The EMUI 9 features the following:

  • AI features
  • GPU Turbo
  • Support for face unlock
  • WeChat fingerprint payment
  • HiVision
  • Gesture Navigation
  • Password Vault

P10 and P10 Plus users can update to EMUI 9 by going to Settings -> System -> Software Update.
