Face Unlock is coming to the OnePlus 3 and 3T

OnePlus really didn’t waste any time fulfilling its promise of bringing the face unlock feature for the previous OnePlus 5 and added it late last year. Now OnePlus has announced that the older OnePlus 3 and 3T is getting the same feature too.

OnePlus co-founder and CEO, Carl Pei, has said that both the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will soon get a beta version of face unlock in the future. Unfortunately, all that was stated is beta so we don’t know if it will ever be an official feature.

Face unlock can sign in with a quick glimpse at the phone, just like those with newer handsets.
