We just got a tip that Gionee is set to launch its new quad-core device next week, the CTRL V4S, and along with it comes a sub-Php7K price tag. Read on for the specs list after the break.

4.5-inch capacitive display @ 864 x 480 resolution
1.3Ghz Cortex A7 quad-core processor
1GB RAM
8GB storage
Up to 32GB via microSD

Dual-SIM

Android 4.4 KitKat
1800mAh battery (removable)

The Gionee CTRL V4S was released internationally last September. When it arrives here in the Philippines, it will sell for Php6,999.
