Globe will soon launch GlobeOne app, an all-in-one app to track your data and promo subscriptions.
Just like the Globe at HOME app, the GlobeOne app will track your data consumption. Users will also be able to see all Globe promos whether it be GoSURF, call, text, or lifestyle promos.
GlobeOne app works with both postpaid and prepaid numbers. Official launch of the app is yet to be announced but if you wanted to try the unreleased version (might be unstable, though), you may download it here.
I get this error message “Sorry, you cannot enroll subscriptions under this account type yet” when I tried to add mobile number. Please help
This is one humongous shitty app by globe! Are they hiring idiots to make the app?
How can we check our consumptions? If u deleted the Globeone app? atleast give us another app same as that.

GlobeOne app has now been taken down from AppStore and Globe Telecom didn’t even bother to inform us why. It’s such a shame given that it was the only app in Globe’s porfolio that was, at least, honest and transparent. Now, we’re back to dialling *143# which is stupidly and insanely inefficient and slow. Globe, thank you so much once again for the crapppy customer service.
