HUAWEI Mate XTs tri-fold now official

The HUAWEI Mate XTs is now official as Huawei’s latest tri-fold smartphone with new colorways in purple and white. Upgrades from its predecessor include a new chipset and ultrawide camera, with the design remaining largely unchanged.

It has a 10.2-inch LTPO OLED display with 3K resolution capped at 90Hz refresh rate when fully unfolded. Users can fold this once into a 7.9-inch screen and twice for a 6.4-inch screen.

Powering it is a Kirin 9020 chipset with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. It offers stylus support and will ship with HarmonyOS 5.1 out of the box.

For optics, it has a 50MP main with variable aperture (f/1.4-f/4.0), a 40MP ultrawide, and 12MP telephoto camera. Battery-wise, it packs 5,600mAh with support for 66W wired, 50W wireless, and 7.5W reverse wireless charging.

The HUAWEI Mate XTs was launched in China and is available in black, purple, red, and white colorways. Shipping for the device begins on September 12, with Huawei yet to reveal details for international availability.

Pricing begins at CNY 17,999 (~PHP 143K) with 16GB/256GB. The highest configuration is priced at CNY 21,999 (~PHP 175K) with 16GB/1TB.
