iPhone 7 Plus launched with Dual Rear Cameras, Optical Zoom
Along with the iPhone 7, Apple also unveiled the iPhone 7 Plus sporting nearly the same hardware, with a slight difference in its camera optics as it features not only one, but two rear cameras.
Two 12-megapixel cameras take centerstage on the iPhone 7 Plus as they sport different lenses: a wide-angle 22mm lens, and a telephoto 56mm lens. This enables the iPhone 7 Plus to take photos with up to 2x optical and 10x digital zoom. It also features a portrait software to create a good depth of field on images, creating a background blur.
Like the iPhone 7, the bigger ‘Plus’ sports the Cupertino giant’s new A10 Fusion chip, and can be availed at up to 256GB of internal storage.
