Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced the company will hold a launch event on February 19, 2025. Cook’s cryptic post on X (formerly, Twitter) didn’t tell much, but recent reports point to an iPhone SE 4 unveiling.

This is Apple’s first budget-friendly option in a while since the last iPhone SE model released back in 2022.
The iPhone SE 4 is expected to mark a major shift in the SE line’s design and hardware. For starters, it will ditch the physical home button as it adopts the look of the iPhone 14. Thanks to the EU, the phone will deploy a USB-C port.
Other expected specs include a 6.1-inch OLED display, a 48-megapixel single camera at the back, 8GB of memory, and a newer A18 chip under the hood. Speculations also suggest the phone will support Apple Intelligence, but that remains to be seen.
Stay tuned for the Apple launch event on February 19 (US time). More event details should pop up in the next few days.
