Lenovo K900 hits the local stores
One of the highly-anticipated (and debated, if I may add) Android smartphone – the Lenovo K900 – has finally hit the local shelves and is priced at Php22,999, which is 1K more than what we predicted.
We saw it being displayed at Lenovo’s concept store at CyberZone in SM Megamall and some other retail store in the vicinity.
As mentioned earlier, this Atom-powered handset can be had for twenty-three grand and change in cash or three months deferred payment. You can also avail of the six or twelve months installment option, but it’ll incur an additional Php500 and Php1000 fee respectively.
Lenovo K900 specs:
5.5-inch 1080p LCD IPS display, @401 ppi
Corning Gorilla Glass 2
2GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580
Expandable up to 32GB
13 MP camera w/ dual LED flash
1080p video capture
2MP front-facing camera
GPS w/ A-GPS support
2500mAh Li-Ion battery
Android 4.2 Jellybean
Dimension: 157 x 78 x 6.9 mm
Weight: 162 g
Apart from asking the SRP, we also want to lay the heated microSD card debate once and for all. However, as luck would have it, neither the Lenovo rep and the rep from the other retailer weren’t able to confirm if the local has such component. Oh well, I guess the discussion lives another day.
