Lenovo Philippines has launched in the country one of their latest smartphones and the world’s first smartphone to include Tango technology – the Phab 2 Pro.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro’s main feature is the Tango technology developed in partnership with Google. It enables augmented reality (AR) gaming and utilities, allowing you to see objects with information overlaid on it.

This one seems overpriced relative to its SD652 brethren (the Xiaomi Mi Max with P 15K MSRP comes to mind).

Just bought PHAB2 Pro last week (Feb 24) despite a couple of negative reviews regarding audio/video syncing problems for YT. I just kind of assumed (and hoped) those were isolated cases and that maybe the latest batch of PHAB2 Pros wouldn’t have this problem. Unfortunately I was wrong as mine also has this issue. Major bummer for a phone that showcases Dolby Atmos speakers. I dug out some information from a couple of forums and found that turning off Dolby fixes the problem a bit. YT video/Audio are still out-of-sync but not as bad as when Atmos is activated.
Another issue I’m having is the FM radio feature is missing despite Lenovo releasing the specs with FM radio. A lot of other users are also wondering about this.
Since the phone’s been out for several months now, I’m wondering if someone out here with similar issues have found some workarounds for both FM radio and YT video/audio syncing. Or if you’ve contacted Lenovo and received any feedback.
Any kind of help would be appreciated!
