Not to sound cheap, but at a price close to 4,000 pesos, I’d personally just opt for local brands that offer superior hardware and performance while running on Android OS. To date, Cherry Mobile’s ME Vibe at Lazada will only costs you 3,999 (with a discount if you use a discount voucher) gives you the following specifications:

Android 4.4 Kitkat OS
5″ qHD IPS Capacitive Screen
Dual SIM
1.4GHz Octa Core 6592M Processor, Mali 450MP GPU
1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, expandable to 32GB via microSD
13MP Rear Camera, 2MP Front Camera
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v3.0
1800mAh battery
