HMD Global finally launches the Nokia 8.1 in the Philippines which became official last year as the Nokia X7. This is basically the spiritual successor of the Nokia 7 Plus; however, due to the name change, it seems that the company wants to link it to its flagship family — the Nokia 8.
The Nokia 2.2 comes with a 5.71-inch display, Helio A22 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 3,000mAh battery.
The Nokia 3.2, on the other hand, has a 6.2-inch display, Snapdragon 429 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 4,000mAh battery.
Sporting a 6.18-inch display, the Nokia 8.1 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, 12MP + 13MP dual rear cameras, 20MP front camera, and 3,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Unlike the Nokia X7, the device has fully been updated to Android 9 Pie and it is also a part of the Android One program.
Here are the prices of each smartphone:
All of the devices will be available starting July 19, 2019. What’s interesting here is that each smartphone has a designated store that consumers can only purchase in.
