Nokia Lumia 510 launched

Nokia has launched the Lumia 510 today in India – a 4-inch Windows Phone 7 device with an affordable price tag.

The Nokia Lumia 510 confirms rumors that have been circulating since last month that Nokia is planning to release a new entry-level Windows Phone smartphone that will sit comfortably with the Lumia 610 and Lumia 710.

The Lumia 510 carries a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800) display, a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, 800MHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB RAM, 4GB internal storage (non-expandable) and a 1300mAh battery. The Lumia 510 currently runs on Windows Phone 7.5 but is ready to receive the 7.8 version once released.

It will be available in India, China, South America, and Asia in November with a price tag of around $205PHP 12,031INR 17,374EUR 195CNY 1,492 or Php8,400USD 143INR 12,135EUR 136CNY 1,042.
