The smartphone battle is heating up, not just in the mid-range segment but also in the entry-level. Some of the phones we have right now are the Realme 3, the OPPO A5s, and the Samsung Galaxy A10. Display
When it comes to the display, all three have almost the same size, resolution, and notch design, so we can expect the same level of quality. The Realme 3 and the OPPO A5s, however, has Gorilla Glass 3, while the Galaxy A10 doesn’t have any special glass protection mentioned.
Camera
All three devices have 13MP main shooters, but only the Realme 3 and OPPO A5s have dual-rear camera setups with a secondary camera to achieve better depth-effects., but the Realme 3 has the advantage of having a wider aperture. For selfies, the Realme 3 wins for having the highest front camera resolution.
Storage
All three devices have 32GB of storage. They all support microSD cards with a dedicated slot which is an excellent news. But if you want the highest storage capacity possible, our suggestion is to get the Galaxy A10 with support for up to 512GB capacities.
Connectivity and Biometrics
They all have similar connectivity features which include LTE, dual-SIM support, WiFi, GPS, FM Radio, microUSB port, and 3.5mm audio port. But if you want the latest Bluetooth version, the Galaxy A10 is the one to get with Bluetooth 5.0. However, it lacks in biometrics as only the Realme 3 and OPPO A5s has a fingerprint scanner.
Performance
Although all of them are entry-level devices, the three have different chipsets that vary in performance. The Realme 3 uses a Helio P60 chip, the OPPO A5s has the P35, while the Galaxy A10 has the Exynos 7884. The Realme 3 and OPPO A5s both have 3GB of RAM, however, the Galaxy A10 only has 2GB.
As for the OS, the Realme 3 and Galaxy A10 runs Android 9 Pie, while the OPPO A5s is using the older Android 8 Oreo.
To see the difference in performance, we’re going to compare their benchmark scores. However, since we don’t have scores for the Galaxy A10, we’re going to use results from the Galaxy A20 which uses the same Exynos 7884.

Battery
The Realme 3 and OPPO A5s sports the same 4,230mAh battery capacity, better than the Galaxy A10’s 3,400mAh. But if we’re going to pick, it’s the Realme 3 as it’s capable of fast charging.
