Listen to article

Samsung has confirmed to launch the Galaxy M16 and the Galaxy M06 5G in India soon.

The brand shared a teaser image of the upcoming two models which revealed an update to each phone’s camera bump designs.

While their technical specs are under wraps, a recent Geekbench listing reveals some of the Galaxy M06 5G’s key features. These include a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and One UI 6 on top of Android 14.

On paper, it is quite similar to last year’s Galaxy A16 5G, except the updated camera design.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy M06 5G is expected to be similar to the Galaxy F06 5G that launched earlier this month. It will feature the same MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, up to 6GB of RAM, and Android 15 with One UI 7.

Samsung has yet to reveal when do these phones become available in the region. Stay tuned!
