We dropped by SKK Mobile’s concept store at SM Cyberzone in SM City Bacoor just recently and spotted their latest dual-SIM Android smartphone carrying a 5.7-inch HD display and a quad-core processor, the SKK Mobile Silver.
For those who are not aqcuainted, SKK Mobile is a new local mobile phone brand that offers a wide variety of feature phones and Android smartphones. The SKK Mobile Silver is their first and only quad-core device to date.
The Silver sports a 5.7-inch HD (720 x 1280) display which equates to a pixel density of 258ppi, a 12 megapixel rear camera with flash, a 2 megapixel front facing, and 8GB of internal storage with microSD support. Under the hood is a quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 4.1 Jellybean.

As for the design, it’s obvious that the Silver took a lot of inspiration from the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 minus the stylus. We wanted to do a quick hands-on of the device, unfortunately SKK Mobile doesn’t have a working demo unit available at the time. But if you’re one of those who already bought or tried the device do share your experiences by hitting the comments below.

Pede po pa feature ng comparative specs and prices ng mga 5.7, 5.9 and 6.0 inch screen android phones

I am very satisfied with skk silver very smooth with 8gb internal storage kahit wala pa akong external memory card (wala pa kasi ako pambili hehe) maraming games and application na akong nadownload plus super clear ng cam. Im happy with my skk silver im using this for 3 months now ^_^
pa update naman po kung meron na at san kayo nakabili. thanks.
do we have available jelly cases for this phone?
@critikim: may android frenzy promo pa hanggang august 31, may free unit din
I just got mine today and I’m very happy that this is what I bought instead of MyPhone Iceberg, which should have costed me 2k more. The output of the camera is clear. It is quite comparable to my Note 2, minus the Stylus Pen.
Si xeno parang bayaran ng samsung…nakakatawa
