Table of Contents
In terms of display, the S6 Selfie has a better resolution but it falls off on the screen size compared with the Next Infinity since the latter has a slimmer bezel display with an 18:9 aspect ratio which is a good choice for users who are fond of viewing contents.
We have to note that the chipset used in the Next Infinity is a little outdated compared with the S6 Selfie. The MediaTek 6750T of the latter is better performing than the Snapdragon 425 of the former. As for their GPUs, to give you a better perspective, the Mali-T830 is slightly better performing than the Adreno 505 of the Snapdragon 430. This means that the Mali-T860 is definitely a better-performing GPU than the Adreno 308.
Based on the name of the S6 Selfie, its main feature, obviously, is its selfie camera. In terms of its rear camera, the S6 Selfie camera resolution is higher than the Next Infinity. We have not tested the camera capabilities of both smartphones so we cannot say which has a better photo quality yet.
In my personal opinion, both smartphones have quite underwhelming battery capacities. The S6 Selfie has a 2,600mAh battery while the Next Infinity has a 2,900mAh one. We already have a review on the S6 Selfie and it got around 6 to 7 hours of mix usage including photography and mobile data. We’ll definitely check on the Next Infinity when we get our hands on it.
We can be certain that the S6 Selfie has the upper hand in this department with its chipset and GPU. This smartphone will have a faster performing speed and better gaming potential as compared with the Next Infinity. For viewing experience, users can choose if they want a higher resolution for their videos or a larger screen size to enhance their experience further.
The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Selfie is priced at Php7,999USD 136INR 11,555EUR 130CNY 993 while the Cloudfone Next Infinity is priced at Php6,999USD 119INR 10,111EUR 114CNY 869
