Specs Comparison: Meizu Pro 5 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 5

Meizu officially introduced a few days ago the Meizu Pro 5 – a 5.7-inch smartphone that is powered by an Exynos 7420 octa-core CPU and up to 4GB RAM. If that configuration is familiar, that is because the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also features the same specs. To see how both phones fare against each other on paper, we prepared a specs comparison which you can check below.

* Lighter, slightly thinner
* Lower price

Samsung Galaxy Note 5:

Based on the summary of pros, the Galaxy Note 5 has more bells and whistles compared to the Pro 5. However, the latter has commendable advantages too like the feature packed camera and USB Type-C interface. There’s a huge gap in pricing as well. If you’re going for the Pro 5’s 64GB + 4GB RAM tandem it will only cost you CNY3100 or around Php23K when converted directly. The Galaxy Note 5 on the other hand starts at Php36,990 (32GB).

So what do you guys think? Which phone are you getting if you’re going to choose between the two? Let us know in the comments field below.

React to this article:
  1. meizu nalang ako kunti lang difference sa spec pero malaki sa presyo.

  2. Hindi lang price ang pinagkaiba. Para ka na ring nag galaxy series dahil sa chipset + micro sd at mas malaking battery. Di rin naman big deal ang 4gb ng note 5 dahil marami pang ram management issues at sapat na ang 3gb sa karamihan. Siguradong mauubos ito sa novotech once dinala nila to sa pinas.

  3. Almost same specs, meizu for bang for the buck, kaya lang di tlaga ako masanay sa flyme …..

  4. tiba-tiba ang novo7tech kapag ni release yan dito!
