The vivo T4x may be coming to markets soon, succeeding the vivo T3x from last year. Here are the primary changes that may make either device worth considering.
Firstly, there is a change in choice of manufacturer when it comes to the processor. The vivo T3x came rocking the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, while vivo looks to be switching to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. Comparisons have shown this to be a considerable bump in performance, with approximately a 20% increase in the Antutu score.
The battery size is also rumored to be bumped to 6,500 mAh, which is more than the 6,000 mAh featured in the vivo T3x. This will likely be juiced back up via the same 44W fast charging technologies.
Other rumored specs include a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display, with the same 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of peak brightness level as its predecessor. Onboard cameras include a 50-megapixel main shooter alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor which is more likely to be just an accessory than anything else.
RAM levels can go from 4-8GB, while onboard storage comes in either 128 or 256GB variants.
The device may also come with LED notification lights, and Android 15 out of the box.
