Listen to article

vivo has officially teased its upcoming vivo V60 smartphone in India. Its official webpage is now live, highlighting a ZEISS-branded camera system and up to 100x digital zoom.

One of its key features is the inclusion of a 6500mAh battery, which vivo claims makes the vivo V60 the slimmest phone in this battery category. vivo also confirms a quad-curved display, but details are scarce for now.

The teaser also reveals a triple rear camera setup, likely consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. A 50MP front camera is also expected, similar to the one used in the vivo S30 in China.

It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, an upgrade from the 7 Gen 3 used in previous models.

Other expected specs include a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and IP68/ IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, which were also present in the vivo V50.

The device will be offered in three color options: Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray. vivo has not yet confirmed the launch date for the V60, but an official announcement is expected in the coming days.
