Xiaomi to launch Redmi Note 2, specs revealed

A teaser from the Chinese company Xiaomi clearly shows that the flagship device that will launch on the 15th of January 2015 is in fact the Redmi Note 2 and not the Mi5 like everyone expects. A website also revealed its specs. Check them out after the jump.

According to the source, Xiaomi’s teaser states that,”our new flagship is the redmi note, thinner, larger, lighter, faster, hifi-sound, and all glass laminate”. There’s also a possibility of the company announcing two models since their other teaser shows two hands holding an imaginary device.

Oppomart, a known e-commerce website selling Chinese smartphones, revealed the details above with an accompanied price of $249 or approximately Php11,200.

The official announcement will be made in two days’ time so just sit tight as we wait for it.

    • This is old and true. Baidu spyware was one of it. Kapag nakakita ka ng baidu folder sa internal or extrnal mem card, positive. May mga reports din na mga suspicious sa xperia models. They say, The only way to remove it is through rooting.
