ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G, Blade V10 introduced at MWC 2019

ZTE has announced its first 5G flagship smartphone, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G along with the Blade V10, at MWC 2019.

Powered by a Snapdragon 855 chipset and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X50 5G modem, the Axon 10 Pro 5G features a 6.47-inch AMOLED display. It also sports 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and has a finger reader under the display. It runs on a 4,000 mAh battery and will have Android 9 Pie as its operating system.

The device is equipped with triple rear cameras, a 48MP f/1.8 sensor with pixel-binning, a 20MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto one. Meanwhile, the front display’s waterdrop notch houses a 20MP camera.

On the other hand, the Blade V10 features a 6.3-inch display with a 90.3% screen ratio and a 1080×2280 resolution, equipped with an octa-core processor. Housing a 32MP selfie camera, the company introduced the V10 as a smartphone with AI ‘smart selfie’ technology. It also features a 16MP AI dual camera on the rear.

Other features include a rear fingerprint sensor, lowlight photography, and AI functions such as AI scene recognition, voice assistant, face recognition, image recognition, game assistant, and smart power saving.

ZTE stated that the Axon 10 Pro 5G will be released globally within the first half of the year. As for the Blade V10, it will be available in China and Europe in March and will be released in the Latin America market in April. There’s no word yet on the pricing of both smartphones.
