Acer just populated their Chromebook line-up with four new devices. Among those new members are the Chromebook 13 and Spin 13, the siblings of the bigger Chromebook 15 and Spin 15. Interestingly, this duo is equipped with more powerful internals than their 15-inch counterparts.
First up the Chromebook 13. The notebook is powered by a 13.5-inch 3:2 aspect ratio IPS touch display, up to Intel’s 8th generation Core i3 processor, up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, and 32 or 64GB of storage. The notebook features a Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad and an all-metal body.
Moving on to the Chromebook Spin 13. Like it’s 15-inch brethren, the laptop too can be considered as a world’s first convertible Chromebook due to its 360-degree hinge. The notebook comes equipped with a 13.5-inch 3:2 aspect ratio IPS touch display, either an 8th Gen Intel Core i3-8130U or an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Like the Chrome book 13, it features a Corning Gorilla Glass protected touchpad and an all-metal chassis.
