Acer launches new ConceptD notebooks w/ 11th-gen Intel Core H-series

Acer has recently updated its ConceptD series with the new notebooks equipped with 11th Gen Intel Core H-series processors and a range of GPU options, including the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs and the latest NVIDIA RTX GPUs powered by the NVIDIA Ampere architecture.

The refreshed lineup includes the latest ConceptD 5, ConceptD 5 Pro, ConceptD 7 Ezel, ConceptD 7 Ezel Pro, ConceptD 3 Pro, and ConceptD 3 Ezel Pro.

The new ConceptD 5 models now include a 16-inch 3K (3072 x 1920) PANTONE – Validated display with a 16:10 aspect ratio that provides additional vertical screen space.

Acer’s all-metal ConceptD 5 notebooks come with the new 11th Gen Intel Core H-series processors with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU. A ConceptD 5 Pro (CN516-72P) is also available, featuring either the NVIDIA RTX A5000 or NVIDIA RTX A3000 Laptop GPU.

With up to 64GB of DDR4 3200 Hz memory and 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 M.2 SSDs in RAID 0. Additionally, Acer’s Vortex Flow, a triple-fan cooling layout (including a 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D Fan), is organized to provide additional cooling to the CPU and GPU.

The notebooks include connectivity options, such as dual USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, HDMI 2.1, an SD card carder (SD7.0), and more. These are also geared with a 6-inch wide Corning  Gorilla Glass touchpad that features a fingerprint reader.

On the other hand, the ConceptD 7 Ezel (CC715-72G), Acer’s flagship convertible creator notebook, has been refreshed to include the 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU. A ConceptD 7 Ezel Pro (CC715-72P) is also available, featuring up to an Intel Xeon W-11955M processor and NVIDIA RTX A5000 or A3000 Laptop GPUs.

The ConceptD 7 series sports a 15.6-inch 4K PANTONE-Validated touchscreen display covering 100% of the Adobe RGB color gamut and has a color accuracy rating of Delta E<2. Its adjustable display is enhanced by Acer’s innovative Ezel Hinge design. In addition, It also includes a Wacom EMR pen, a digital pen for sketching, animation, and 3D modeling.

Both notebooks come with up to 2TB PCIe SSDs and up to 32 GB of DDR4 memory. What’s more, the newest models also include dual Thunderbolt 4 ports and a Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad.

Meanwhile, Acer also updated its ConceptD 3 line, which includes 14-inch (CC314-72G) and traditional (CN314-72G).

The ConceptD 3 Pro (CN314-72P) and ConceptD 3 Ezel Pro (CC314-72P) are also available, featuring up to an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA T1200 GPU.

All ConceptD 3 notebooks include FHD (1920 x 1080) Pantone-Validated displays with 100% sRGB coverage and a color accuracy rating of Delta E<2.

Moreover, all of the ConceptD 3 form factors and sizes have been updated to include an 11th Gen Intel Core H-series processor. Commercial and consumer models will ship with various graphics options, including the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU.

The convertible models include Acer’s Ezel Hinge, allowing them to be used in various modes, as well as a touchscreen display and AES pen. Additionally, all include a PCIe Gen 4 SSD and a Thunderbolt 4 port.

Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
