ASUS ROG announced new variants of their flagship gaming laptops — the ROG G703 Chimera with an Intel Core i9 processor.
The newest variants of the ROG G703 Chimera keeps the same design and layout but with upgraded internals. Its maximum configuration consists of an Intel Core i9 processor, NVIDIA GTX1080 GPU, a 64GB of RAM paired with a 2TB HDD and 512GB SSD. ASUS also added the Aura Sync feature on its backlit RGB keyboard and upgraded their fans to 12V for better airflow.
The ASUS ROG G703 Chimera comes in four models:
• G703GI-E5077T: 17-inch Full HD 144Hz IPS display, Intel Core i9-8950, 64GB RAM, 2TB HDD, 512GB SSD, GTX1080 8GB DDR5X GPU
• G703GI-E5057T: 17-inch Full HD 144Hz IPS display, Intel Core i9-8950, 64GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 512GB SSD, GTX1080 8GB DDR5X GPU
• G703GI-E5006T: 17-inch Full HD 144Hz IPS display, Intel Core i7-8750, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 512GB SSD, GTX1080 8GB DDR5X GPU
• G703GS-E5002T: 17-inch Full HD 144Hz IPS display, Intel Core i7-8750, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 512GB SSD, GTX1070 8GB DDR5 GPU
The ROG G703 Chimera’s price starts at Php249,995. Full price listing will be revealed in the coming days. It will be available on April 17 in ASUS and ROG concept stores nationwide, Partner ROG resellers, and their online store at Lazada.com.
