ASUS’ laptop stars of Computex 2018 finally arrives at our shores — the ROG Strix Hero II and ROG Srix Scar II. Both laptops sport upgraded specs and a new design.
Both devices received a slight design overhaul but still feature a two-tone chassis much like the first generation. They now have slimmer top and side bezels and an aura sync RGB light bar at the bottom center.
First up let’s take a look at the GL504GS or Scar II. It comes with a 15.6-inch IPS-level FHD 144Hz 3ms display, Intel Core i7-8750H processor, Nvidia GTX 1070 GPU, 16GB of RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB SSHD, and Windows 10.

Next up the GL504GM or Hero II. It also comes with a 15.6-inch IPS-level FHD 144Hz 3ms display, Intel Core i7-8750H processor, and a 1TB SSHD. Although ASUS turned it down a bit and only equipped the Hero II with a Nvidia GTX 1060 and 128GB of SSD storage.

The ASUS ROG Strix Hero II (GL504GM-ES052T) with Core i7-8750 CPU, 16GB RAM, 128GB PCIE + 1TB HDD, and GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 GPU, is priced at Php104,995.
