Blackview HERO 10 launched with pre-orders discounted by 52%

The Blackview HERO 10 11 flip foldable smartphone just launched, with pre-orders discounted by 52% from May 20-June 7, 2024.

We previously noted that the device should be a budget-friendly foldable, but now that doesn’t seem to be the case. With a configuration of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, the phone is priced at ~PHP 51,000.

However, customers can order the phone from AliExpress for ~PHP 24K within the promo period mentioned above. In addition, there’s no details yet on the device’s official launch in the Philippines.

For specs, the HERO 10 sports a 6.9-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a TÜV SÜD low blue light certification. It also has an external 1.19-inch OLED cover screen with a resolution of 390 by 390.

The phone is also 8.08mm thin, weighing 198 grams, and comes in Sakura Purple and Eclipse Black colorways. Powering this device is a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 octa-core processor.

Again, it will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage for its configuration. The foldable will also pack a 4,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.

Users will get a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM6 main shooter and a 8-megapixel ultrawide for rear cameras. It also has a 32-megapixel camera at the front for selfies.

Other features include 4G, Dual nano-SIM, WiFi, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, face unlock, and dynamic live view. The phone is also slated to run on DokeOS 4.0 based on Android 13. The foldable will also offer three years of major Android updates for a smooth experience.
