Nothing’s sub-brand CMF has introduced a new smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro.
The Watch Pro 3 keeps the same metal body and silicone strap design from the previous model but now sports a larger 1.43-inch AMOLED screen (from 1.32 inches). The watch is also rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.
A key improvement is the addition of dual-band, five-system GPS for more accurate location tracking. It also has a new four-channel heart rate sensor, which is expected to provide more precise readings.
The watch features AI-powered post-workout insights, which now include training load, recovery time, and endurance predictions for your outdoor runs. The watch also auto-detects several core activities, so users won’t need to start tracking manually.
Health tracking includes the essentials such as SpO2 monitoring, stress tracking, breathing exercises, and relevant health tracking for women.
Battery life is rated up to 13 days of regular use and charging it to full takes around 90 minutes.
There are over 120 watch faces available, with some offering animated designs. In terms of compatibility, it works with the Nothing X app, and supports Strava, Google Health Connect, and Apple Health.
