HUAWEI Pura80 Pro, Pura80 Ultra now up for pre-orders in PH, to launch August 7th

Shortly after its APAC launch, the HUAWEI Pura80 Series is now up for pre-orders in the Philippines.

Interested buyers may make a deposit on the Huawei website for PHP 500 to get a Php3,000 discount. The pre-order covers two models in particular, the Pura80 Pro and Pura80 Ultra—which are scheduled for a local release on August 7, 2025.

To recap, the Pura80 Pro boasts several camera upgrades including a 50-megapixel main shooter with a 1-inch sensor and variable aperture, a 48-megapixel telephoto lens with macro capability and OIS, and a 40-megapixel ultrawide lens.

Meanwhile, the-top-of-the-line Pura80 Ultra focuses on impressive telephoto capabilities. A notable feature lies in its 50-megapixel telephoto camera that uses two internal mirrors to support both 3.7x and 9.4x optical zoom ranges.

The main camera features a 50MP 1-inch RYYB sensor with a variable aperture and Huawei’s TCG triple-real-time fusion technology, which claims to offer up to 16EV of dynamic range.

Both models feature a large 6.8-inch LTPO OLED screen, IP68/ IP69 rating, and a 5,700mAh battery. Charging speeds are now faster with support for 100W wired and 80W wireless charging.

Alongside the pre-order promo, Huawei is also offering an exclusive preview of the Pura80 Series in the Philippines.
