“In the course of mindful outstanding service to our more than two million customers and ensuring that we keep improving so that we deliver the best services catering to their needs, being the fastest, best video, best gaming, and top rated [internet] show our commitment that we never rest to give our customers the best internet experience,” Converge Chief Operations Officer Jesus C. Romero noted.

JM's highest stat is probably his curious ardor to anything tech—electronics and gaming in particular. He certainly heeds utmost regard to specsheet, visuals, and rule of thirds. If creativity and wit sometimes leave JM's system, watching films, anime and a good stroll for memes are his approved therapeutic claims.

FYI. broadband is shared bandwidth. “Up to” or bursting lang ang technology. 30% of the Maximum Bandwidth ang guaranteed bandwidth. Ex. Plan is up to 300 Mbps then 90mbps is the guaranteed bandwidth. but 80% of the time makukuha ang maximum bandwidth.

well pldt is busy peddling internet fiber accessories which constantly bugs my cellphone. Haayss. Their promo is not easy or maraming che2x bureche. Tapos ang remittance namin na may withholding hindi e honor kahit nagpadala pa kami ng withholding tax certificate. Attention BIR on this. May landline free daw pero hindi magamit. Ang tagal ng repair service, minsan naghire na ako ng outside at nagbayad. Dapat deducted ang downtime sa monthly bill. Then we have a case na nag upgrade ang monthly bill even without applying for one.

Fastest my ass! I’ve been having issues since September last year. My plan is 800mbps. We get less than 100mbps. We would be lucky to get 200. Been complaining almost daily since September. Nothing is done, promises of “they will get back to me”. It’s almost 6 months now.
