Some of the non-ROG ASUS laptops have a 1060 and cost less than 70k. They’re part of the FX line. They might not actually be in stock, though.

Acer has a Predator Helios laptop with GTX 1060 for only 55k on cash promo. The only problem is it’ is seriously gimped on the RAM department at only 4 GB.
Still that is a very considerable 33k savings vs the Dell 7577. You can upgrade the RAM yourself, it has two DDR4 slots for up to 32 GB.

Better to have a relative who can bring it back here in the Philippines.
In fact, have it shipped by johnny air and pay around 5k to 7k and it is still cheaper than buying in the Philippines.
