Globe extends due date up to May 15

Globe Telecom extends the bill payment due dates for its mobile and broadband postpaid subscribers.

Customers, including its business and enterprise clients nationwide, may now pay their bills up to May 15, 2020. This gives them ample time to settle their two-month-long unpaid bills up to 60 days. Previously, Globe announced a 30-day bill payment extension which expired on April 15. Just like before, payment fees that may reflect on Globe At Home billing statements will be waived.

Meanwhile, mobile postpaid and Platinum customers may temporarily suspend their monthly spending limit or extend existing suspension further. The spending limit is a special feature that helps customers control of their Postpaid spending. It is the maximum amount that can be used for services when one has exceeded the monthly plan to stay within budget and avoid bill shock. Customers may know more information about the spending limit here.

The bill payment extension is in response to the national government’s decision to continue the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.

Customers may still pay their bills through the company’s digital channels, GlobeOne app and Globe At Home app, to avoid the accumulation of their balances. They can also monitor data usage and subscribe to offers through the said mobile apps.  Consumers may also settle their bills through GCash, mobile banking apps, and wire transfer services.
