Google has released the Gemini 3.1 Pro. This is an upgraded core model designed to power more advanced reasoning across its consumer, developer and enterprise platforms.
Building on the Google Gemini 3 series, Gemini 3.1 Pro improves complex problem-solving and logical reasoning. It is said that it achieved a verified score of 77.1%. This is more than double the performance of Gemini 3 Pro.
Google says Gemini 3.1 Pro can also generate animated SVGs for websites directly from text prompts. Other features it can do is creative coding, complex system synthesis, and interactive design to create complex 3D animations.
The model is now rolling out in preview through the Gemini API in AI Studio, Antigravity, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, Gemini CLI and Android Studio.
Enterprises can access it through Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise. Consumers can use it in the Gemini app and NotebookLM with higher limits for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
