GoPro LIT HERO now official

The GoPro LIT HERO is now official, sitting between the base HERO and the flagship HERO 13 in features and price. This is their latest compact action camera which combines the design of the entry-level HERO with a built-in LED light.

The light helps provide lighting for face shots and indoor vlogs, making it a good find for vloggers and creators. There’s also a front record button for easier operation, although it lacks a front-facing display.

This camera can record 4K videos at up to 60 fps and supports 4:3 video capture for vertical content. It can also shoot 12-megapixel photos with a 4:3 aspect ratio optimized for social platforms.

Similar to the standard HERO, this device is waterproof for up to 5 meters, built for rugged use. It even packs the same Enduro battery, capable of recording for up to 100 minutes of 4K60 footage per change.

Of course, this may vary depending on whether the LED light is actively used. At the time of writing, the GoPro LIT HERO is priced at USD 270 (~PHP 16K).

It’s currently available for pre-orders through GoPro’s official website. Shipping begins on October 21, with no word yet on Philippine availability as this is a developing story.

Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
