HONOR has officially released the Magic 8 Pro for global markets. It is one of the first smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, bringing top-tier performance worldwide. The global model is almost identical to the Chinese version, except for battery and charging.

The Magic 8 Pro features a 6.71-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 6,000 nits peak brightness. It runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16 and offers up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. For cameras, the phone sports a powerful 200MP main sensor with 100x digital zoom, a 50MP stabilized camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front has a 50MP selfie camera with a 3D depth sensor.

It packs a 7,100mAh battery with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging, slightly lower than China’s 7,200mAh and 120W wired setup. The Magic 8 Pro is IP68/IP69/IP69K rated and supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.0. In Malaysia, prices start at RM 4,599 ( PHP 65,254.09 ), with pre-orders now open.
