Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 now official

Huawei has officially announced the successor to the FreeBuds Pro, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2, featuring a Hi-Res Dual Sound system and Active Noise Cancelling (ANC).

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 boasts a frequency range of 14Hz – 48000 Hz, which is an improvement over the 20Hz – 20000 Hz on the original FreeBbuds Pro. Huawei also partnered with Devialet for sound improvements.

ANC levels were also improved up to 47 dB (vs 40 dB of the FreeBuds Pro), 3 microphones with deep neural network algorithm for improved voice calls, Hi-Res and HWA audio certificate, and Triple Adaptive Equalizer.

Battery life is at 4 hours with ANC on or 6.5 hours with ANC off. It can provide up to 30 hours with the help of the charging case. It also has IP54 water and dust resistance, which is lacking on the FreeBuds Pro.

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 comes in Ceramic White, Silver Frost, and Silver Blue, and is available in the Czech Republic for CZK 4,999.
