HUAWEI is set to launch the nova 14 Series in the Philippines on November 27, bringing a new set of smartphones focused on stronger front-camera features and AI tools. The company confirmed the local arrival as it prepares to introduce upgrades in selfie imaging and performance.
The nova 14 Series is led by the nova 14 Pro, which comes with a 50-megapixel Ultra Portrait Autofocus Camera and an 8-megapixel Close-Up Portrait Camera in front. These cameras allow users to take close-up shots and wide group selfies with clear details. The phone also features Ultra Speed Snapshot for both front and rear cameras, helping capture movement without blur.
HUAWEI added several AI tools to improve photos. AI Best Expression chooses the best frame in a burst shot, AI Beauty Effect enhances facial features in a natural way, and AI Remove deletes unwanted objects in the background with one tap. The nova 14 Pro also has an Ultra Chroma Camera, designed to improve color accuracy using 1.5 million spectral channels.
The nova 14 Pro includes a 6.78-inch Quad-Curved Display, while the nova 14 has a 6.7-inch OLED Flat Screen. Both models come with a 5500mAh battery and 100W HUAWEI SuperCharge Turbo.
Early-bird promos begin on November 21 on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and the HUAWEI Online Store. Buyers can claim vouchers and pay a ₱500 deposit for discounts when completing their payment between November 27 to December 12. The nova 14i will also have similar early-bird offers.
