Just hours after the release of the teaser, renders were found on Winfuture, where the design is seen to be similar to the Huawei Nova 9 that was officially launched back in 2021.
Some key differences were that this particular smartphone does not have three lenses on the lower circular enclosure but the brand has placed the LED flash between the large camera lenses.
The phone features a 6.78-inch LCD panel with a 2388 x 1080 resolution. Smack right in the middle of the top of the phone features a punch-hole cutout for the 16MP front camera.
While on the rear, the Huawei Nova 9 SE features a quad-camera setup with a 108MP camera, an additional 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP sensors for both depth and macro shots.
The device is rumored to be running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 which indicates no support for 5G.
Furthermore, the device will be paired with an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and a 4000mAh battery supported by a 66W fast charging.
Lastly, the Huawei Nova 9 SE will be running the EMUI 12 on the Global version and HarmonyOS in China.
No further information has been given but stay tuned for more updates.
