Intel Skylake Processors Start Hitting Local Store Shelves

It was only recently that Intel introduced the second wave of 6th Generation processors, yet some of these chips are already popping up on some of local resellers’ inventory.

Villman has added the Intel Core i5-6400 to their offerings with an SRP of Php9,488USD 162INR 13,706EUR 154CNY 1,177. A quick search online though revealed that they were not the only reseller that has this on their portfolio, both PC Hub and DynaQuest PC are also selling this bad boy for Php12,340USD 210INR 17,826EUR 200CNY 1,531 (discounted price at Php10,500USD 179INR 15,168EUR 170CNY 1,303) and Php9,050USD 154INR 13,074EUR 147CNY 1,123 respectively.

In addition to the i5-6400, DynaQuest PC and PC Hub are also selling higher-tier Core i5 Skylake chips, namely the Intel Core i5-6500 and Intel Core i5-6600. The former is selling these processors at Php9,900USD 169INR 14,302EUR 161CNY 1,229 and Php10,800USD 184INR 15,602EUR 175CNY 1,340 respectively. Meanwhile, PC Hub has it for Php11,380USD 194INR 16,440EUR 185CNY 1,412 and Php12,500USD 213INR 18,058EUR 203CNY 1,551.
