Lazada has launched its guaranteed delivery service for LazMall purchases.
Users can check if the shops support Lazada’s guaranteed delivery service by looking out for the tick and 24h icon. The “tick” icon indicates that the delivery will be made the next day while the “24h” icon indicates same-day delivery. The expected delivery date will be shown in the checkout.
Lazada’s delivery guarantee service has started to roll out in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Lazada will also be giving compensation directly to customers’ Lazada wallets for missed delivery dates.
