Leica has revealed the successor of the Leica Sofort after seven years: the Leica Sofort 2.

The Leica Sofort 2 is a hybrid instant camera that allows users to choose which photographs the device may print. Users can also send images they’ve taken from their smartphones to the Sofort 2 to print them.
It can take up to 45 images in its internal memory while inserting a 1GB microSD card can allow the camera to handle around 850 shots. The device prints out a 86 × 54 mm photograph with an image size of 62 x 46 mm.
Weighing 320 grams, the Sofort 2 has a CMOS-Sensor and a Leica Summar (which is equivalent to a 28mm lens) with an aperture range from f/2 to f/16. It has a 3-inch TFT LCD display behind the lens.
There is no official price for the Leica Sofort 2 in the Philippines, but it is priced for USD 389 which is roughly PHP 22,030. It is said to be available on November 9.
