LG Nexus 4 gets leaked

Rumors of an LG-made Nexus phone is slowly turning in to a reality as more and more leaked images appears on the web. Fortunately, the phone is now shot with better lighting that helps in highlighting the phone’s design.

Dubbed as LG Nexus 4, the phone’s front panel design bears resemblance to the Galaxy Nexus with its rounded edge and the absence of physical buttons. LG incorporated their own design on the back side of the rumored phone as it looks similar to the posterior of the Optimus G. We’re not yet sure if that name is going to stick, but it won’t be a surprise if it did considering that it’ll be the fourth smartphone under the Nexus lineup.

If Google follows their tradition of releasing their new OS along with the first device to have it pre-installed then there’s a chance that we’ll see the LG Nexus 4 running on Android 4.2 aka Key Lime Pie. However, other leaked images indicate that the rumored device’s OS is still Jelly bean. It’s still uncertain whether the device will showcase the search giant’s new OS, but some rumors suggests that it won’t be long before all our questions are answered as the LG Nexus 4 is set to be announced on the latter part of this month.

  1. I don’t think google would release key lime pie with the new nexus lines… It’s too soon ,especially that the new nexus is scheduled to be released this month XD

it’s possible that it would come with the android 4.2, but it would only be a jelly bean update :)

    • based on what u said, if its 4.2 it will have a new name ie key lime pie. see if its just minor it would be 4.1.x.
