Mi Philippines just announced today that the after sales support for their devices and products will now solely be handled by Citylight Telecom. Do take note, that only official Mi products will be entertained and grey market purchases will not be accepted.
Citylight Telecom is a known after-sales service provider and even handles brands such as Lenovo, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel, and Infinix. Now the company is adding Xiaomi to that list.
Citylight Telecom has their own website (accessed here 17) where consumers can book a schedule for after sales concerns. While walk-ins are accepted, Mi Philippines is encouraging online booking for faster and hassle-free transactions. Check out the image above for the location of their branches.
