Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao has revealed details about the upcoming vivo X300 Ultra at MWC 2026.

Posted on Weibo, the vivo X300 Ultra will be equipped with a Sony LYTIA-901 sensor co-developed with vivo’s BlueImage imaging system.
The main camera uses a 35mm focal length. It will also combine a 200MP resolution with a large 1/1.12-inch sensor, allowing a more than 30% increase in effective light sensitivity per pixel.
For stabilization, vivo is said to be upgrading from CIPA 5.0 to CIPA 6.5 optical image stabilization.
vivo also showcased several accessories for the X300 Ultra. One of them is a 400mm vivo ZEISS teleconverter and a new professional photography grip with expanded controls.
The company also presented a SmallRig professional video expansion kit designed for mobile video production.
