OPPO Reno12 Series 5G launching soon in the Philippines

The OPPO Reno12 Series 5G is launching soon in the Philippines. The line has two variants, which are the Reno12 5G and Reno12 Pro 5G.

The series will bring high-end AI technology with innovations like AI Eraser 2.0 with a new ‘Remove People’ feature. There’s also Smart Lasso and Paint Over for more photo editing capabilities.

On top of that, the series brings AI Studio as well. It’s a platform that provides users with artistic tools for creative flexibility.

For optics, the base Reno12 has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 for its main camera. It has an all-pixel omni-directional PDAF and OIS for sharp yet stable shots.

Meanwhile, the Reno12 Pro features a specialized 50-megapixel telephoto portrait main camera. The phone is expected to be a portrait master like its predecessor, and aims to deliver stunning shots with great clarity.

Both devices are equipped with AI-powered selfie shooters. The Reno12 5G will have a 32-megapixel front camera, while its Pro variant will offer 50-megapixels.

With portrait mode and autofocus, users can leverage this to adapt to their environments with different zoom levels. Plus, the line offers Natural Tone technology that adjusts exposure to deliver accurate lighting and skin tones.

The Reno12 Series also has enhanced connectivity with AI LinkBoost technology. It has a 360-degree Surround Antenna solution and BeaconLink technology that delivers 300% uplink for Bluetooth.

These help keep calls running up to 200 meters away from a signal, even in disconnected areas.

The OPPO Reno12 Series also sports a design language focused on metallic finishes. It gives off a timeless appeal while giving off a futuristic feel.

What do you think of the new line from OPPO? Keep an eye out for the launch and our full review once posted.
