The POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro are launching soon as confirmed by the company’s X (fka Twitter) post. The launch event is scheduled in Dubai at 15:00 (GMT+4) on May 23rd.
Rumors also suggest that the F6 holds a resemblance to the Redmi Turbo 3 38. Meanwhile, the F6 Pro is suggested to be similar to the Redmi K70. These were inferred from the devices’ software builds and teasers.
The F6 Pro is going to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, and should have a 50MP main camera. It will also pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
As for the F6, it will feature a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. This will garner interest, as the event’s tagline is ‘HyperPower Evolved’.
In comparison for performance, these devices should be interesting when pit against one another.
In addition, the POCO F6 is also rumored to have a 50MP Sony IMX882 main shooter. This is followed by an 8MP ultrawide, and a 20MP OmniVision OV20B sensor for selfies.
