Pokemon GO now downloadable for Android

After a long time of waiting, aspiring Pokemon trainers can now download Pokemon GO on their Android devices!

Update: it’s now available for iOS, too, but in select countries only as of now. 

If you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of months, Pokémon GO uses the latest technology and combines mobile location and augmented reality to simulate a different kind of gaming experience. It will not be the usual kind of Pokémon game that you could just sit and play in your house. No, this free-to-play app will require you to go out and explore places.

The location-based game is now on Google Play and is ready for download. It’s not yet officially available in the country but you can get the APK download by clicking through the link.

I have personally seen some of my friends already posted it on their Facebook and they’re enjoying it so far. Let us know if it works on your device!
