Redmi K30, K30 5G now official

The next phones in Redmi’s K-series, the K30, and K30 5G are now official in China.

Official renders show that the new 30-series phones have the same shell, but with slightly different internals. The K30 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 765 since it natively supports 5G connection, while a Snapdragon 730G powers the K30 4G variant. As a consequence, the K30 4G model is limited to 27W fast charging, while the 5G variant can support up to 30W fast charging. The macro lens on the K30 4G variant is also cut down at 2MP, while the 5G model is equipped with a 5MP macro lens.

  • 6GB + 64GB – CNY 1,699
  • 8GB + 128GB – CNY 1,899
  • 8GB + 256GB – CNY 2,199
