Redmi Pad 2 4G global launch set for this week

The Redmi Pad 2 4G is making its global launch this week on June 5, 2025. The tablet will have an 11-inch IPS LCD with 2.5K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

Powering this is a Helio G100 Ultra chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will also pack a 9,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.

For audio output, it has a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos. Camera-wise, it has a 8-megapixel rear shooter and a 5-megapixel snapper at the front.

Lastly, it’ll ship with Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 15 with a Wi-Fi only or 4G + Wi-Fi model. The Redmi Pad 2 is priced at EUR 199 (~PHP 12.7K) with 4GB/128GB Wi-Fi only model.

Its 4G model is also available for EUR 299 (~PHP 19K) with 8GB/256GB. Since it’s making a global launch, expect it to arrive in the Philippines this week as well.
