The Redmi Projector 3 Pro has been launched in China. The new device is slated to deliver up to 470 CVIA lumens of brightness via its LCD light source.

This iteration of Redmi’s projector can throw images from 45-120 inches (~114-305 centimeters) wide with a 1:25:1 ratio. It has 1080p resolution and a ToF (time-of-flight) sensor as well.

The ToF sensor is for adjusting the image with autofocus, screen fitting, avoiding obstacles, and keystone correction. Ports on the projector include HDMI, USB Type-A, and a 3.5mm audio port.

This device will run on Xiaomi HyperOS out of the box. Other features include wireless screencasting over Wi-Fi, Xiaomi app support, voice commands, and built-in 6W speakers.

The Redmi Projector 3 Pro is currently available on sale in China for CNY 1,499 (~PHP 12,000). We have yet to gather details on whether or not this will reach other markets. We’ll keep readers updated should Xiaomi make an announcement.
